Qualifications Education:
High School Diploma or GED required
Experience:
3+ years in a manufacturing environment required
Trade school or related manufacturing experience a plus
Experience using hand tools and measuring devices preferred
Performance Expectations
Strong attendance and punctuality (attendance is critical)
Team-oriented mindset and cooperation with leadership
Willingness to work overtime, including short notice
Strict adherence to safety policies and procedures
Conversion to permanent is based on attitude, aptitude, attendance, and reliability.
