Manufacturing Associate 1st & 2nd Shift!

We are hiring Manufacturing Associates for a well-established company in Bow, NH. Whether you're coming from retail, food service, landscaping, warehousing, construction, or another hands-on role, we are willing to train motivated individuals who are dependable and eager to learn.

Location: Bow, NH

Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hour

Pay Growth: Performance review after 90 days with opportunity for a wage increase based on performance.

Available Shifts

1st Shift Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

2nd Shift Monday-Thursday 2:30 PM-1:00 AM Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week with Fridays off!

What You'll Do

• Package finished products and prepare materials for shipment
• Stack and organize materials from production lines
• Perform basic quality checks on finished products
• Load materials onto equipment and production lines
• Move materials throughout the facility
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

What We're Looking For

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with physical work and lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
• Pre-employment physical required

Helpful but not required:

• Forklift experience
• Overhead crane experience
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience
