Manufacturing Associate 1st Shift

If you have previous manufacturing experience and you’re ready for a steady 1st shift role, we want to hear from you! This position is located in Salem, OH, and it’s a great fit for motivated, reliable workers who take safety and quality seriously.

You’ll be supporting a well-regarded manufacturing team known as a “Top Manufacturing Company to Work For.” In this role, you’ll help with production by assembling packaging and shipping containers, operating processing equipment, inspecting parts, and following ISO-aligned documentation and safety standards.

Hours
  • 1st Shift: Monday to Thursday, 05:30 AM – 01:30 PM

Pay
  • $15.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble various packaging and shipping containers
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with company standards
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and hazard-free
  • Support production goals by ensuring quality and timely output
  • Set up and safely operate processing equipment
  • Maintain proper documentation aligned with ISO standards and company procedures
  • Inspect parts to ensure they meet customer and internal quality expectations
  • Ensure only high-quality parts are shipped

Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
  • Full mobility and ability to perform physical job duties
  • Steel-toed boots required
  • On-site work location

Nice to Have Skills
  • Basic working knowledge of double action presses

Preferred Education and Experience
  • Manufacturing experience
