Manufacturing Associate 1st Shift

We are currently looking for a motivated and dependable Manufacturing Associate with manufacturing experience to join a top-rated company in Salem, Ohio. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in quality work, this opportunity could be perfect for you!

Hours:
Monday to Thursday, 5:30 am – 1:30 pm

Pay:
$15.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble various packaging and shipping containers
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with company standards
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and hazard-free
  • Support production goals by ensuring quality and timely output
  • Set up and safely operate processing equipment
  • Maintain proper documentation aligned with ISO standards and company procedures
  • Inspect parts to ensure they meet customer and internal quality expectations
  • Ensure only high-quality parts are shipped

Minimum Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous manufacturing experience required
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
  • Full mobility to perform physical job duties
  • Steel-toed boots are required

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Basic working knowledge of double action presses
  • Warehouse experience

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Manufacturing experience preferred

Other Requirements:
  • Steel-toed boots
  • Ability to work on-site at our Salem location
