1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

What You'll Do

As a Manufacturing Associate, you'll play an important role in supporting production operations throughout the facility by:

• Supporting machine crews and assisting with daily production operations
• Performing quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications
• Assisting with machine setups, changeovers, and production runs
• Operating conveyor systems and handling materials safely
• Moving raw materials and finished products throughout the facility
• Working in departments such as Corrugator, Printing, Finishing, and Shipping as needed
• Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Following all safety procedures, quality standards, and plant policies
• Working as part of a team to achieve production and customer goals
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives throughout the plant

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, machine operator, forklift, or industrial experience is a plus, but not required
• Individuals looking for a stable, long-term career opportunity

• Commitment to safety and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
