Job Store Staffing is currently seeking Manufacturing Associates for our client company for contract-to-hire opportunities.
Location: South Colorado Springs, CO 80905
Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:15 PM-10:45 PM
Overtime, including Saturdays, may be required during peak production periods
Pay: $16.00-$19.00/hour (based on experience and position)
We are looking for qualified, motivated individuals to work in a warehouse and production environment helping produce, package, label, and ship premium tablets, capsules, and powders.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and enjoys working in a team environment. They are comfortable working in both warehouse and production settings and are willing to work overtime when needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Read, understand, and follow batch records, GMPs, SOPs, and production procedures
- Prepare and mix bulk powder materials according to company formulations and quality standards
- Discharge bulk materials into containers
- Operate, assemble, disassemble, and clean production equipment and work areas
- Complete production documentation and paperwork accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- 2+ years Manufacturing experience
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members
