Manufacturing Associate 2nd shift

Nesco Resource is seeking Manufacturing Associates for a tier-one automotive supplier in Warren.

Shifts
2nd shift 3:30pm to 2:00 am (shifts are subject to run up to 10 hrs and 7 days per week, must be open to OT)

Pay: $21 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment to production standards while adhering to all safety and quality procedures and guidelines
• Maintain clean and safe work area utilizing 5S methodologies
• Support training and development of new team members
• Record and maintain quality documentation
• Ensure all product meets quality standards and is properly identified, tagged, logged, and stored
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to read hand gages such as micrometers, calipers, snap gages, and master gages
• Ability to be productive within a team while maintaining an environment of general respect and integrity
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form
• Positive attitude
• High-level of accountability
• Mechanically inclined
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work overtime, up to 12 hour shifts and/or weekends
• Steel-toed footwear is required
