Manufacturing Associate / Machine Operator – $18/hr | Weekly Pay | Aurora, OH | Hiring Immediately
Location: Aurora, OH
Pay: $18-$20/hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP
Available Shifts:
  • 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM
  • Overnight Shift: 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Now Hiring Skilled Manufacturing Associates

We are currently hiring for a hands-on manufacturing position in Aurora, OH. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in machine operation, manufacturing, production, fabrication, or material handling environments.
Candidates with experience using measuring tools such as tape measures, micrometers, and calipers are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
  • Read and interpret measurements accurately using:
    • Tape measures
    • Calipers
    • Micrometers
  • Measure materials and verify dimensions to ensure quality standards are met
  • Load, position, and move materials throughout production
  • Perform machine setups and basic adjustments
  • Assist with production, material handling, and general labor duties
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing, machine operating, warehouse, or production experience preferred
  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure required
  • Experience using calipers and micrometers preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment
  • Ability to lift, stand, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
