Manufacturing Film Technician (Multiple Shifts)
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (+$2/hr differential)
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (+$3/hr differential)

Pay:

• 
  No experience: $20/hr
  
• 
  1 year experience: $22/hr
  
• 
  2 years experience: $23/hr
  
• 
  3+ years: Higher pay based on experience

Film Technician Responsibilities

• 
  Operate large production machines that apply reflective prism patterns to film materials
  
• 
  Load large rolls of material into production equipment
  
• 
  Monitor machine performance and ensure product quality
  
• 
  Produce reflective film products to customer specifications
  
• 
  Maintain a clean and organized work area

Conversion Technician Responsibilities

• 
  Operate slitting and cutting machines to convert film to customer-specified sizes
  
• 
  Package finished materials for shipment
  
• 
  Apply customer branding/logos to finished products
  
• 
  Perform quality checks using measuring tools

Qualifications (Must Have)

• 
  Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience (machine operation preferred)
  
• 
  Ability to read a tape measure accurately
  
• 
  Comfortable standing and working on your feet throughout the shift
  
• 
  Strong reliability and consistent work history
  
• 
  Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

  Experience operating slitting, cutting, or converting equipment

  Experience working with large roll materials
