Manufacturing Associate

• Position: Manufacturing Associates
• Shift: 2nd & 3rd (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM & 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Location: Bolingbrook, IL
• **Pay Rate: $18.00 - 20.00/hr. **

Total Staffing Solutions powered by Total Talent Resources, in partnership with a well-known manufacturing company in Bolingbrook, Illinois, is looking for several Manufacturing Associates to join their growing team!

This is a performance-to-hire opportunity for the following shifts. The pay is $18.75 -20.00/hr to start based on shift.

• 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
• 3rd shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Manufacturing Associate Job Duties:

• Operate machines for cabling and foam products in a manufacturing environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform equipment checks and basic troubleshooting
• Ensure quality standards and production goals are met

Manufacturing Associate Requirements:

• 6 months of experience in a manufacturing/warehouse setting
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to train in other shifts if needed
• Must be computer literate to adjust machine settings
• Must undergo a background check, drug screening, and E-Verify verification.
