Location: Brighton, Michigan
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 2:30 p.m.– 1:00 a.m.
Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour, with higher pay based on experience

Aspen Technologies is hiring Manufacturing Associates to join our team in Brighton. We are a Tier 1 polyurethane foam manufacturer serving the automotive industry and are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in being part of a team.

No prior manufacturing experience? We welcome entry-level candidates and are willing to train the right person.

What You#39;ll Do

• Operate production machinery and assembly equipment safely and accurately
• Help maintain quality standards
• Keep your workstation clean and organized
• Meet daily production and attendance expectations
• Follow established safety procedures
• Work with team members and supervisors to keep production running smoothly
• Perform other related duties as needed

Previous manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation experience is helpful but not required.

Physical amp; Work Environment

This is an active, hands-on manufacturing position. Candidates should be comfortable:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Frequently lifting and moving materials up to 50 pounds
• Working with machinery, tools, and production equipment
• Working in a manufacturing environment that may be warm or cold based on weather and is not climate-controlled
