Overview
Join a leading medical device manufacturer as a GMP Manufacturing Associate I. In this role, you'll support the production of high-quality medical devices in a cleanroom environment by operating manufacturing equipment, assembling products, monitoring automated systems, and ensuring compliance with GMP and quality standards.
Job Description
  • Operate production equipment in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
  • Load automatic hoppers and monitor material levels to maintain continuous production.
  • Assemble medical device components and subassemblies according to work instructions.
  • Package finished products and complete required GMP documentation.
  • Monitor equipment and resolve basic Human-Machine Interface (HMI) faults, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of equipment and work areas.
  • Conduct in-process quality inspections and maintain accurate production records.
  • Follow all GMP, GDP, FDA, ISO 13485, and company safety requirements.
  • Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Work collaboratively with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams.
Required Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a cleanroom environment is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of HMI systems is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to follow written work instructions and documentation procedures.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Willingness to wear full cleanroom PPE, including gown, gloves, and mask.
