About the Role:
As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be essential to the assembly and installation of components on a fast-paced production line. Your day-to-day responsibilities include using hand and power tools to assemble products, crate and package items, conduct quality inspections, and ensure adherence to safety and procedural standards. Your keen attention to detail and efficiency will help deliver high-quality products to customers, supporting Whirlpool’s reputation for excellence.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Prior warehouse or assembly experience is advantageous

• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English to follow instructions and safety protocols

• Stand and walk comfortably for 8–12 hours per shift

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and pushing/pulling up to 30 lbs.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Steel or safety-toe footwear is required

Shift Options:

• 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM

• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Pay Details: $19.85 to $21.10 per hour
