Pay: $18.00/hour | Weekly Pay

Shifts Available

• 1st Shift: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.

Hire Sync is hiring Manufacturing Associates – Coiling & Assembly to join a growing production team in Elyria. This is a hands-on opportunity to work with tools, machinery, and materials while producing high-quality products that keep customers moving. Key Responsibilities

• Operate coiling machines to transfer conduit from reel to reel
• Safely use hand and power tools (Sawzall, table saw, rotor, band saw)
• Operate hydraulic/electric reelers and lift trucks
• Assemble and custom-build wooden and steel reels for coiling
• Inspect finished products for quality and report any issues
• Process, coil, paint, and stencil reels per specifications
• Assist grinding crew with scrap disposal
• Accurately complete production paperwork on time
• Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. and perform overhead tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and machinery
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive work
• Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn new skills
