Manufacturing Associate

FieldBridge is looking for a Manufacturing Associate in Conroe, TX to work a worldwide provider of equipment and components used in oil and gas drilling and production operations.Weekly pay + benefits.

Pay is $15- $17/hr (based on experience) | Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 7 Days a Week rotation | Weekly pay every Friday | OT opportunity available | At $17/hr and 50 hrs/week, earn weekly paychecks of approximately $1,062.50 gross

Important Notes:

• Tiered pay structure: No experience: $15/hr | 3+ months: $16/hr | 6+ months: $17/hr
• Group interviews conducted on-site at the facility — candidates must select either 10:00 AM or 2:00 PM
• Steel-toed shoes/boots required for the interview and first day of work

Position Overview:
FieldBridge is looking for a Manufacturing Associate in Conroe, TX. We offer weekly pay + benefits. This is an entry-level opportunity with a leading manufacturing client, offering hands-on production work and cross-training across multiple departments. Candidates must be available to work a full 7-day schedule with overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble screen products to engineering specifications, including trimming, marking, boxing, and crating
• Cut screen and steel to length; perform grinding and part removal/storage tasks
• Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy and quantity to maintain quality standards
• Cross-train in multiple production areas to support shifting manufacturing needs
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment through active participation in plant housekeeping

Required Qualifications:

• Entry-level candidates welcome — no prior experience required
• Ability to cross-train across different production areas
• Flexible availability — must be able to work overtime and weekends
• Strong communication skills; ability to speak, read, and write English preferred
• Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled facility
