Manufacturing Associate

A leading manufacturer of engineered stainless steel banding, clamping, fastening, and cable management solutions is hiring Manufacturing Associates for multiple shifts at its Denver production facility. This is a hands-on manufacturing role supporting the production of precision metal products used in industries including aerospace, telecommunications, energy, construction, utilities, and manufacturing. Associates will operate production equipment, perform hand coiling tasks, inspect products for quality, and package finished goods.

Location: Denver, CO

Shift & Pay:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM - $21/hr
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM - $21.50/hr
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 6:30 AM - $22/hr

• Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Load materials and monitor production processes.
• Hand coil metal banding products to specification.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Package and label completed products.
• Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow established safety and quality standards.
• Support production goals while working in a team environment.

• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive work.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are a plus.
• Ability to lift and move materials safely.
• Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
