Manufacturing Associate – Cabinets & Countertops Warren, OH | $18.00/Hour | Full-Time | Immediate Openings
Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring Manufacturing Associates in Warren, OH. No cabinet or countertop experience is required—we will train you. If you can read a tape measure and have used basic hand and power tools, we want to hear from you.


Pay and Schedule
  • Pay: $18.00 per hour
  • 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
  • Overtime: Voluntary overtime available once trained
  • Benefits: Full-time, consistent hours, no weekends required


The Role
You will assist in the production, assembly, and finishing of custom cabinets and countertops. We provide hands-on training for every step of the process.
  • Use hand and power tools to measure, cut, and sand materials.
  • Assemble cabinet and countertop components.
  • Finish countertops by buffing and polishing surfaces
  • Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
  • Help move and organize materials in the shop.
  • Work with a team to meet daily production goals.


Requirements
  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
  • Experience using hand tools and power tools.
  • Reliable, punctual, and ready to learn.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed.
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
