Hours: 2nd Shift 2:00pm-10pm OT 2pm-12am, 3rd Shift 10pm-6am OT 9pm-7am

What You'll Do
As a Manufacturing Associate / General Laborer, you will be responsible for:
• Supporting daily manufacturing, production, warehouse, and tube mill operations
• Reading and following work orders, safety rules, operating instructions, and packaging instructions
• Inspecting, stacking, packing, labeling, and organizing finished materials
• Preparing carts, racks, staging materials, and packaging supplies
• Using banding, packaging, scanning, and inventory tracking tools
• Verifying tags, stickers, labels, and product accuracy
• Assisting machine operators and team members with setup and workflow
• Adhering to safety procedures, including safety checks and emergency stops
• Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Performing general labor and production duties as needed

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, production, or general labor a plus
• Ability to read work instructions and safety rules
• Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, percentages)
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally
