Allegiance Staffing Greensboro is seeking for Manufacturing Associates for the Mebane Area We need Manufacturing Associates ! - Monday through Friday - 1^st^ shift - 6am -2:30pm - $17 - 2^nd^ - 2pm - 10:30pm $17.75 - Sunday through Thursday - 3^rd^ - 10pm - 6:30am - $18.25 - Temp to hire positions - Job location: Mebane, NC - Great Opportunity!! Job description for Manufacturing Associates : Operate production machinery safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment Follow all safety, food safety, quality, and compliance standards at all times Monitor equipment operation and report issues or unsafe conditions promptly Record production data, equipment settings, and process deviations accurately Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas Conduct basic visual quality inspections and report defects immediately Support production needs by assisting in other areas or operating different machines as required Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all workplace policies Requirements for Manufacturing Associates : High School Diploma or GED Ability to follow safety, quality, and food manufacturing standards Basic math, attention to detail, and communication skills Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a loud, hot, fastpaced production environment Ability to wear required PPE and operate machinery safely Reliable, punctual, and flexible to support different production areas or shifts as needed Ability to learn and work diligently with a team or alone []{style="font-size: 7pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-stretch: normal; font-sty "}
