Manufacturing Associate Compensation and Hours:
- Monday-Thursday 6:30am-5:00pm $17/hr
- Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6:00am-6:30pm $19.04 /hr
Manufacturing Associate Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- High School Diploma or GED
Manufacturing Associate Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor filling line equipment to ensure proper functioning and minimal downtime
- Set up and adjust machinery according to production specifications and safety guidelines
- Inspect and verify the quality of filled products to ensure they meet company standards
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area to promote a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and resolve any operational challenges
- Document production activities, including quantity and quality checks, in compliance with company procedures
