    Manufacturing Associate


    Contract: 6 month contract with conversion potential

    Benefits: Medical, Dental, Holiday, PTO 401K matching

    Location: Fremont, CA


    2nd Shift: Mon-Fri, 2:00PM-10:30PM

    or

    3rd Shift: Mon-Fri, 10:00PM-6:30AM


    Performs routine assembly and packaging operations in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility while following GMP, SOPs, safety, and documentation requirements.


    Key Responsibilities


    + Perform assembly, packaging, visual inspection/filling, material movement, and production area organization.

    + Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, troubleshooting, minor repairs/adjustments, and real-time problem resolution.

    + Gather and stock components, tools, equipment, and supplies needed for production.

    + Complete batch records, logbooks, and other required documentation accurately.

    + Maintain clean, safe, organized production areas and follow 5S and safety standards.

    + Communicate effectively with team members and escalate production, equipment, or safety issues.


    Qualifications


    + High School diploma plus 1 year of GMP-regulated industry experience; Associate/Bachelor’s degree or biotechnology training preferred.

    + Pharmaceutical/biotechnology manufacturing experience strongly preferred.

    + Detail-oriented with strong communication, teamwork, basic math, and computer skills.

    + Ability to follow written procedures and cGMP requirements and stand/walk for extended periods.
