Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment in accordance with detailed work instructions and SOPs.
Conduct thorough visual inspections of aligner products to identify and document nonconforming materials or defects.
Accurately complete production records, training documentation, and quality reports to ensure full traceability and compliance.
Assist in various cross-functional manufacturing tasks to support operational flexibility and workflow efficiency.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to GMP standards and safety protocols.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to uphold product quality and manufacturing excellence.
What You Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred, ideally within medical device or similar regulated environments.
Knowledge or experience with 3D printing, device assembly, or machine operations is a plus.
Manual dexterity, strong attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
Effective teamwork and communication skills to collaborate successfully within a dynamic team.
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and a focus on safety and compliance.
