Production Operator Associate

? Pay Rate: $18.65 per hour
? Schedule: Rotating schedule, 3-4 days per week | 12-hour shifts | 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM

Position Summary
We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Operator Associates to join a leading plastics manufacturing company in Chino, CA. This position is responsible for supporting production operations, maintaining product quality, and ensuring products are packaged and processed according to customer specifications.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Review production orders and work instructions.
- Remove finished plastic products from winders and place them on scales to verify weight.
- Package products into cartons according to order specifications.
- Apply labels, tags, and barcodes as required.
- Maintain product quality standards based on order requirements.
- Keep the work area clean and free of scrap plastic, debris, and other hazards.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with production processes and perform other duties as assigned.
- Train to operate manufacturing machinery and equipment.
Schedule
- Rotating schedule working 3-4 days per week
- 12-hour shifts
- 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM
- Overtime opportunities may be available.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required.
