Marvin is seeking a Day Shift Manufacturing Associate to help build premium windows, doors, and skylights at our Warroad facility. In this role, you’ll operate production equipment, perform assembly and material handling, and follow detailed work instructions to meet quality and safety standards. You’ll inspect parts, complete basic documentation, and collaborate with a supportive, people-first team focused on craftsmanship and continuous improvement.
