What we're looking for in a Manufacturing Associate
As a Manufacturing Associate at TLG, you will be responsible for performing various tasks in the manufacturing process, including operating equipment, assembling products, conducting quality checks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Your attention to detail, commitment to safety, and ability to work as part of a team will ensure the production of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Operations
- • Operating manufacturing equipment and machinery according to standard operating procedures.
- • Assembling products, conducting inspections, and ensuring that all products meet quality standards.
- • Monitoring equipment performance and reporting any malfunctions to supervisors.
- • Produce and prepare bulk product batches following established formulations.
- • Accurately measure and portion product for precise formulation.
- • Perform general preparation tasks, including organizing materials and maintaining a clean workspace.
- • Dispose of trash, empty boxes, and used work materials properly, maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
- Quality Control
- • Conducting quality checks on products at various stages of the manufacturing process.
- • Identifying defects or inconsistencies and reporting them to the Manufacturing Lead or Supervisor.
- • Following established quality control procedures and maintainingaccurate records.
- Safety and Compliance
- • Adhering to all safety guidelines, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and following safety protocols.
- • Participating in safety training and reporting any safety hazards or incidents immediately.
- • Ensuring that all products are manufactured in compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Inventory Management and Material Handling
- • Managing raw materials and supplies, ensuring they are properly stored and used efficiently.
- • Assisting with inventory checks, reporting any discrepancies to supervisors.
- • Properly handling and disposing of waste materials according to company procedures.
- Collaboration and Teamwork
- • Working closely with other team members to ensure efficient production flow.
- • Communicating any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.
- • Assisting with training new team members as needed.
- Documentation and Reporting
- • Maintainingaccurate production records, including quantities produced, quality checks, and any equipment issues.
- • Completing all required production logs and submitting them to supervisors as needed.
- • Reporting any production delays, quality concerns, or equipment issues to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications
- MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar environment.
- Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
