Manufacturing Associate / Machine Operator Responsible for operating production equipment, polishing and finishing products, performing basic machine maintenance, and supporting daily manufacturing operations. Manufacturing Associate / Machine Operator Responsible for operating production equipment, polishing and finishing products, performing basic machine maintenance, and supporting daily manufacturing operations. This is a great opportunity for individuals with manufacturing, production, machine operation, maintenance, or mechanical experience looking to join a growing team.
Pay & Schedule:
- $12.50 - $13.50 Hourly (Based on Shift)
- 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift available
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, assembly, maintenance, or warehouse experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with machinery and tools
- Polish, buff, and finish products to meet quality standards
- Inspect products for defects, consistency, and overall quality
- Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Utilize hand tools and power tools as needed
- Monitor production processes and ensure quality requirements are met
- Complete production documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions
- Assist with general production and facility support as needed
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
