Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and dependable Manufacturing Associates to join our production team on 3rd shift. Opportunities are available across multiple departments, including Painting, Molding, Ebrite, and BMC operations. This position offers the opportunity to gain valuable manufacturing experience and transition into a permanent role based on attendance, performance, and business needs.
Responsibilities:
Depending on department assignment, duties may include:
- Operating manufacturing and production equipment
- Loading and unloading parts and materials
- Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met
- Performing painting, molding, assembly, finishing, and material handling tasks
- Following established work instructions, safety procedures, and quality requirements
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Meeting daily production goals and deadlines
- Collaborating effectively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout a 10-hour shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work the full 3rd shift schedule (8:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
