Pay

• 1st Shift: $19.00/hour
• 3rd Shift: $20.00/hour

Schedule

• Full-time opportunities available
• 1st and 3rd shift openings.
• Specific Hours: 6am - 6:30pm, or 6pm - 6:30am, 2-2-3 schedule (will alternate between 3 or 4 day work weeks = 36 and 48 hour weeks)

What You"ll Do

As a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technician, you will play an important role in the production process by ensuring materials are prepared, equipment runs efficiently, and production records are completed accurately.

Responsibilities include:

• Feed raw materials into manufacturing equipment
• Operate production machinery according to established procedures
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and notify maintenance when needed
• Label, stage, and move raw materials and finished products
• Monitor production processes and equipment performance
• Complete required production and quality documentation
• Follow GMP, safety, and company procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support team production goals and quality standards

What We"re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience (may consider other experience from a fast paced, on your feet work environment)
• Experience operating equipment, machinery, production lines, or material handling equipment preferred
• Stable work history with demonstrated reliability

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of New Albany, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
