Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily production and manufacturing operations
- Operate machinery and production equipment (training provided)
- Use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Load and unload materials, parts, and finished products
- Support warehouse and material handling tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to use basic hand tools
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment
- Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic
- Ability to lift, push, and pull materials as needed
