Manufacturing Associate / Production

POSITION SUMMARY

We're looking for reliable, hands-on individuals to join our 2nd Shift Manufacturing Team. This position supports daily production by following blueprints and work instructions to help produce high-quality parts.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in doing the job right. Manufacturing experience is not required—we're looking for dependable, motivated quick learners who are willing to learn and grow with the team. We'll provide the training you need to succeed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform hands-on manufacturing and production tasks during 2nd shift.

• Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and specifications to produce parts accurately.

• Operate hand tools and production equipment as trained.

• Perform basic quality inspections using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and gauges.

• Identify and communicate quality or production issues to the appropriate team member.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.

• Work as part of a team to meet production and quality goals.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required

• Mechanically inclined with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.

• Ability to read and follow basic blueprints and written work instructions.

• Comfortable using basic measuring tools, including tape measures and calipers.

• Strong basic math skills.

• Reliable attendance and ability to consistently work 2nd shift.

• Dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Preferred

• Previous manufacturing, production, or machine shop experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience using hand tools or precision measuring equipment.

• Previous experience operating production or manufacturing equipment.

• Willingness to learn machine operation and develop additional manufacturing skills on the job.
