Manufacturing Associate

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in processing and production, is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join their team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

Location: Ringwood IL

Pay Range: $25-$29ph

Shift:12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights)

What's the Job?

• Operate manufacturing equipment with a focus on extrusion and related processes
• Follow batch processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) accurately
• Perform basic quality checks and interpret results to ensure product standards
• Complete production paperwork and data entry with precision
• Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve process issues

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in chemical or processing environments
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights and days
• Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting up to 55 lbs and standing for extended periods
• Willingness to adhere to safety standards and PPE protocols
