Shift: Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM 06:30 PM

Summary

The Associate Manufacturing Technician / Manufacturing Associate supports production operations by assembling product kits, packaging materials, and maintaining equipment used in manufacturing processes. This role involves inspecting products, recording production data, and ensuring work areas remain organized and compliant with company standards. This position works closely with the production team to support efficient manufacturing and problem resolution.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain RF scanning guns and replace batteries as required.
  • Bag and assemble product kits containing vials, caps, septa, and related components according to work order instructions.
  • Inspect products during the assembly and packaging process to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Assemble boxes and package finished products for shipment or storage.
  • Report equipment issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.
  • Assist the production team in resolving operational or product-related issues.
  • Record and maintain necessary production data accurately.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by management.
Required Skills
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to follow work instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Basic attention to detail for product inspection and assembly tasks.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to maintain accurate production records.
  • Ability to perform physical activities including balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, and walking.
  • Ability to push, pull, and lift approximately 5-10 lbs regularly and upto 40 lbs occasionally(with assistance if needed).
