We are hiring a Manufacturing Associate – Rubber Molding to support rubber component production in a manufacturing environment. This position involves operating rubber injection molding equipment, inspecting finished parts, identifying product defects, and packaging completed components according to customer specifications and quality standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for dependable candidates interested in manufacturing and production work. Previous manufacturing or injection molding experience is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities
Operate rubber injection molding machines to produce components according to production specifications.
Inspect finished rubber parts for defects, accuracy, and quality.
Identify basic molding issues and make adjustments as needed.
Clean and prepare equipment between production runs according to established procedures.
Count, sort, and package finished products.
Complete production documentation accurately.
Follow written work instructions, production schedules, and supervisor directions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.
Follow all workplace safety procedures and quality control standards.
Meet daily production goals while maintaining consistent product quality.
Required Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
Ability to identify product defects and troubleshoot basic molding issues.
Ability to count, sort, inspect, and package manufactured components accurately.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or rubber injection molding experience preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and work on your feet for 10 or more hours per shift.
Ability to regularly lift up to 60 pounds.
Ability to perform repetitive production tasks.
Ability to inspect, handle, and package rubber components throughout the workday.
Ability to maintain consistent productivity and quality during an extended shift.
Work Schedule and Compensation
Hourly Pay: $17.00.
Shift: Day shift.
Workdays: Monday–Thursday.
Hours: 5:30 AM–5:00 PM.
Employment Type: Full-Time.
Work Environment: Manufacturing facility specializing in rubber molding and component production.
