Morgan Advanced Materials, located in Twinsburg, Ohio just a short drive from Cleveland, is actively hiring Production Associates on Second Shift. Our Production Associates receive extensive on the job training to perform the following responsibilities:
- Manufacturing, finishing, packing and inspecting products
- Operating various machines and equipment while adhering to standard operating procedures
- Participating in continuous improvement projects and daily accountability meetings
- Cross training in various operational areas
2nd Shift - $18/hour + $1 shift differential

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Ability to understand and communicate in written and verbal English
- Ability to reliably work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (lift assist available as required)
- Visual acuity
- Basic math skills
- Previous manufacturing/production experience preferred
- Satisfactory pre-employment screenings (includes background check and drug and alcohol screening)
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must be a:
- Citizen of the United States, or
- Permanent resident alien of the United States, or
- Protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) as defined by 22CFR120.15
