$15.25 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Previous machine operation experience preferred
• Experience working with wire, cable, or manufacturing equipment is a plus
• Ability to read work instructions and production specifications

Job Duties

• Operate wire processing machines to terminate wire and cable assemblies
• Read cut sheets and verify machine setup according to specifications
• Follow work instructions and production processes accurately
• Perform basic machine maintenance and keep equipment in good working order
• Use manual tools to crimp wire and cable as needed
• Monitor product quality and maintain production standards
• Report equipment issues to the Line Lead or Supervisor
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist with additional production tasks as assigned

Physical Capabilities

• Lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to sit for extended periods, potentially most of the workday
• Ability to work at a steady pace with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable standing on concrete floors when required
• Ability to use measurement tools, including rulers and calipers

What You Will Do

As a Manufacturing Associate you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

The Manufacturing Associate supports successful manufacturing operations through dependable production work, quality awareness, and teamwork. This role requires strong work habits, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining safe manufacturing environments.
