Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, production instructions, drawings, and quality standards.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing and workplace safety procedures.

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, metal finishing, fabrication, or industrial environments preferred.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, grinders, and finishing equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on product quality and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet production goals.
• Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials and finished products.
• Comfortable working with metal parts, hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
• Ability to maintain productivity while meeting safety and quality requirements.
• Capable of working in a manufacturing environment for extended periods.

Job Duties

• Perform finishing and final preparation of manufactured metal components.
• Grind, smooth, clean, and prepare metal surfaces to meet customer and quality specifications.
• Inspect finished products for defects, quality standards, and workmanship.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, grinders, and other finishing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read and follow work orders, blueprints, drawings, and production specifications.
• Handle, move, and organize materials and finished products safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet daily production, quality, and efficiency goals.
• Follow all company safety procedures, manufacturing standards, and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to support production schedules and customer deadlines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
