Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Technician to join our Hardware Manufacturing Team. This role involves assembly, calibration, and testing of products while ensuring adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and production timelines. The ideal candidate thrives in a team-oriented, goal-driven environment and is committed to maintaining high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform assembly, alignment, calibration, and testing of products as per work instructions
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), engineering drawings, and work orders
  • Execute daily production plans while meeting quality and deadline requirements
  • Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation
  • Troubleshoot production issues and escalate when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and product quality
  • Support lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Assist in training new team members as needed
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 0–2 years of manufacturing or related experience
  • Experience in regulated environments (FDA, ISO, GMP) preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 80% of the shift)
  • Frequent bending, lifting, kneeling, and reaching
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs using proper techniques
  • Perform repetitive tasks efficiently and safely
