Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly, alignment, calibration, and testing of products as per work instructions
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), engineering drawings, and work orders
- Execute daily production plans while meeting quality and deadline requirements
- Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation
- Troubleshoot production issues and escalate when necessary
- Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and product quality
- Support lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Assist in training new team members as needed
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0–2 years of manufacturing or related experience
- Experience in regulated environments (FDA, ISO, GMP) preferred
- Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 80% of the shift)
