About the Opportunity
Our client, a growing biotechnology company based in Tustin, CA, is expanding its manufacturing team and is seeking multiple Manufacturing Associates – Upstream and Downstream, to support biologics manufacturing operations.
We're looking for candidates with experience in areas such as:
Mammalian cell culture (CHO, HEK293, etc.)
Bioreactors (Wave, STR/SUB, batch, fed-batch, or perfusion)
Chromatography (Protein A, IEX, HPLC, ÄKTA)
Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) / UF/DF
Buffer and media preparation
Aseptic techniques and cleanroom operations
GMP documentation, batch records, SOPs, and deviations
Locations: Tustin & Costa Mesa, CA

Key Responsibilities
Manufacture life-saving biologic products in a GMP-regulated environment.
Perform cell culture, purification, filtration, and bioprocessing activities.
Prepare media and buffers and operate manufacturing equipment.
Maintain accurate GMP documentation and batch records.
Follow aseptic techniques and cleanroom procedures.
Troubleshoot equipment and process issues with cross-functional teams.
Ensure products meet the highest quality and safety standards.

Ideal Background
B.S. in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related Life Sciences field.
