Job Summary Hendrix Industries is hiring Manufacturing Associates to support the production of premium techno quartz slabs. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced industrial environment where team members contribute directly to creating durable, high-quality surfaces used in homes and businesses. Responsibilities - Assist in the production of techno quartz slabs, including batching, forming, and finishing
- Operate manufacturing equipment and follow standard operating procedures
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Move materials and finished slabs safely using proper handling techniques
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE
- Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets
Qualifications - Manufacturing or construction experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to perform physical work (lifting, standing, bending throughout shift)
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Strong work ethics and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work overtime or different shifts as needed
Work Environment - Industrial setting with machinery, dust, and varying temperatures
- Physically active role requiring attention to safety and detail

Education - High School Diploma or equivalent
