A leading Cleveland, Ohio area manufacture is recruiting a versatile Manufacturing Associate. Your primary focus will be the production and fabrication of specialized insulation products, with secondary responsibilities supporting warehouse operations, shipping, and order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
Fabricate custom insulation boards, including spray gluing, precise cutting to custom specifications, assembly of products, and crating/palletizing finished goods.
Receive incoming goods, pull and package orders for customer shipment, and shrink-wrap pallets.
Assist with the loading and unloading of freight trucks as needed.
Ensure equipment is well-maintained and assist management with product mock-up installations for quality testing.
Contribute to the development of best practices to enhance production efficiency.
Help maintain a tidy, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Comfortable operating cutting tools and working in a spray booth environment. Basic carpentry skills and ability to read/understand technical drawings are highly desired.
Must have experience operating a tow motor (forklift). Basic computer skills are required; experience with FedEx/UPS processing is a major plus.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly, stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
Strong math skills, effective time management, sense of urgency, and the ability to work productively without constant supervision.
Clear verbal and written communication skills; ability to complete standard forms and provide immediate feedback to supervisors.
Must have reliable transportation.
