Manufacturing Associate - Cleveland, OH - JOB 26-00469

Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00/HR Temp to Hire

7:30am – 4:30pm (1 hour for lunch)

A leading Cleveland, Ohio area manufacture is recruiting a versatile Manufacturing Associate. Your primary focus will be the production and fabrication of specialized insulation products, with secondary responsibilities supporting warehouse operations, shipping, and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities
  • Fabricate custom insulation boards, including spray gluing, precise cutting to custom specifications, assembly of products, and crating/palletizing finished goods.
  • Receive incoming goods, pull and package orders for customer shipment, and shrink-wrap pallets.
  • Assist with the loading and unloading of freight trucks as needed.
  • Ensure equipment is well-maintained and assist management with product mock-up installations for quality testing.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices to enhance production efficiency.
  • Help maintain a tidy, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Comfortable operating cutting tools and working in a spray booth environment. Basic carpentry skills and ability to read/understand technical drawings are highly desired.
  • Must have experience operating a tow motor (forklift). Basic computer skills are required; experience with FedEx/UPS processing is a major plus.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly, stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
  • Strong math skills, effective time management, sense of urgency, and the ability to work productively without constant supervision.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills; ability to complete standard forms and provide immediate feedback to supervisors.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
