Manufacturing Associate Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assemble, inspect, and package metal components and finished products
• Operate production equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Load and unload materials from workstations and production lines
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications
• Identify and report defects or production concerns to supervisors
• Stack, label, wrap, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures
• Assist with basic machine operation within the warehouse
• Support production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency standards
• Wear required PPE and follow all company safety policies
