Job Responsibilities

As a Manufacturing Associate, you will:

• Perform injection molding assembly for automotive components
• Assemble and attach pre-manufactured parts and materials
• Inspect products and identify defective parts or materials
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain production standards
• Report equipment, tool, or process issues that impact production
• Ensure products meet quality and safety standards

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Experience operating assembly tools and equipment
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Flexible to work available shifts
