Manpower is continuing to build our team at Acushnet Company (Titleist), and we’re looking for dependable, hands-on workers ready to jump into a solid manufacturing role with competitive pay and long-term potential.

New Bedford, MAPay & Shifts
Weekday Options:
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:00pm – 11:00pm | $20.15/hr
3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday | 11:00pm – 7:00am | $21.32/hr

Weekend Shifts (Strong Pay + Flexible Schedules)
Weekend A — $20.08/hr, with double time paid on Sundays

• Friday & Saturday | 11:00pm – 11:00am
• + One or Two 8-hour shifts during the week

Weekend B — $20.08/hr, with double time paid on Sundays

• Saturday & Sunday | 11:00am – 11:00pm
• + One or Two 8-hour shifts during the week

Great option if you want to earn more while still having flexibility!What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machines
• Load materials and keep production moving
• Make adjustments and troubleshoot when needed
• Perform quality checks to meet Titleist standards
• Hit production goals while working safely
• Work both independently and as part of a team

What We’re Looking For

• Manufacturing or machine experience is a plus - training provided
• Reliable, dependable, and ready to work
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on role
• Strong work ethic and team mindset
• Open to overtime opportunities
