    As we continue to grow, we are seeking experienced, detail-oriented manufacturing professionals to join our Batching team. This is a critical role responsible for producing bulk products through the precise execution of manufacturing formulas, batch records, equipment operation, and quality documentation.

    What You'll Do

    As a Batching Technician, you will play a key role in transforming raw materials into finished bulk products while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Execute manufacturing batch records accurately and follow all processing instructions throughout the batching process.
    • Verify raw materials, item numbers, lot numbers, release status, and expiration dates prior to use.
    • Pull and stage raw materials from designated storage and warehouse locations.
    • Accurately weigh and measure ingredients using floor scales, load scales, and other measuring equipment.
    • Add raw materials according to approved formulas and batch specifications.
    • Complete all required production documentation, including weigh-outs, mix times, verifications, and lot traceability records.
    • Set up and operate pumps, hoses, piping, and related manufacturing equipment.
    • Transfer approved bulk product to holding vessels following Quality Control release.
    • Clean and sanitize equipment in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
    • Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and manual pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
    • Maintain compliance with GMP, safety, housekeeping, sanitation, PPE, and documentation requirements.
    • Support continuous improvement efforts and assist with additional responsibilities as assigned.
    What We're Looking ForPreferred Qualifications
    • Manufacturing experience preferred, particularly in pharmaceutical, food, beverage, chemical, cosmetic, nutraceutical, or other regulated environments.
    • Ability to read, understand, and accurately execute detailed production instructions and batch records.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
    • Experience working with production documentation and process controls.
    • Basic math and measurement skills.
    • Ability to learn and operate manufacturing equipment safely and effectively.
    • Forklift experience preferred.
    • Strong work ethic, reliability, and accountability.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

    Work Environment & Physical Requirements

    This position works in a manufacturing environment and requires compliance with safety, quality, GMP, sanitation, and PPE requirements. Employees must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, and occasionally bend, kneel, and crawl while connecting hoses or operating equipment.
