In this role, youll operate sophisticated production equipment across various stages-raw material handling, cell culture, purification, and formulation-following strict cGMP regulations and standard operating procedures. Working primarily in our Single-Use Manufacturing Facility, youll be key to ensuring the quality, safety, and efficacy of our biopharmaceutical products.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with aseptic techniques, bioreactor operations, chromatography systems, or cell culture
• Basic computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft and Google platforms
• Prior exposure to GMP environments or bioprocess manufacturing

Nice-to-Have:

• Advanced education in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field
• Certification or training in bioprocessing or biotech techniques

Educational & Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degrees or certificates in life sciences, engineering, or biotech preferred
• Prior manufacturing or laboratory experience is a plus, but we are open to candidates eager to learn

Additional Criteria:

• Willingness to work various 10-hour shifts, including days, swing, and potentially nights
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform in cleanroom conditions wearing appropriate gowning
• Must pass all necessary certifications and safety tests
• Ability to work with Hazmat materials in a regulated environment

This opportunity offers competitive pay starting at $22/hour, with overtime and shift differentials for evening/night shifts. Please note, we currently do not sponsor visas or offer relocation assistance.
