Pay: $22/hr + Weekly Pay + Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits
Duration: 12-Month Contract (Potential Extension/Conversion to FTE)

Shift Options (10-Hour Shifts)
- Day: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Sun–Wed or Wed–Sat)
- Swing: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (Sun–Wed or Wed–Sat)
- Must be flexible to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as needed. Shift differential available for swing shift.

Responsibilities
- Operate, clean, and sterilize manufacturing equipment
- Prepare media, buffers, and raw materials
- Support cell culture, purification, and production processes
- Follow cGMP, SOPs, and safety procedures
- Complete production documentation accurately
- Report deviations and maintain quality standards
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Associate's Degree, Life Sciences/Engineering, or Biotech Certificate (Preferred)
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft & Google)
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Able to stand for long periods, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom wearing full PPE
- Available for overtime and flexible shifts
