Manufacturing Bioprocess Technician I
Location: Oceanside, CA 92056
Pay: $21.00–$22.00 per hour
Schedule
Must be available to work any shift in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
Day Shift

  • 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday
Swing Shift
  • 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
  • Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday
Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM for the first 3–4 weeks.
Job Summary
We are hiring Manufacturing Bioprocess Technicians to support biopharmaceutical manufacturing in a cGMP environment. This is a contract position with the potential to become permanent.
Responsibilities
  • Operate automated manufacturing equipment.
  • Prepare media and buffer solutions.
  • Perform cell culture and purification processes.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and cGMP guidelines.
  • Complete production documentation accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate degree, Biotechnology certificate, or Life Science degree preferred.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn automated manufacturing processes.
Physical Requirements
  • Stand for extended periods.
  • Lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Wear required cleanroom PPE.
  • Work in a cleanroom environment and follow gowning requirements.
