Job Description

Summary:
This position is a Night Shift manufacturing role supporting operations in the Mid-Scale area, primarily within Buffer Prep. The employee will work on the manufacturing floor and support activities involving Concentrates and P11 while following established procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Perform manufacturing activities primarily in the Buffer Prep area within Mid-Scale.
  • Work with Concentrates and P11 according to established procedures and work instructions.
  • Follow SOPs, batch records, work instructions, and other manufacturing documentation.
  • Perform assigned production and material preparation activities safely and accurately.
  • Complete required documentation and records in accordance with site procedures.
  • Follow GMP, safety, quality, and environmental requirements applicable to the work area.
  • Wear and properly use required PPE and follow all site safety procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant manufacturing work area.
  • Monitor activities and promptly communicate any safety, quality, equipment, or process concerns.
  • Work effectively with team members and support shift handoffs and daily manufacturing activities.
  • Complete required training and demonstrate competency in assigned processes and equipment.
  • Follow production schedules and meet established operational requirements.
  • Perform other manufacturing-related duties as assigned by management.

Experience:

  • High school diploma/GED with relevant manufacturing experience may be considered.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical processing, laboratory, or other regulated environments is preferred.
  • Experience working in a GMP environment is a plus.
  • Experience following SOPs, batch records, and controlled documentation is preferred.
  • Candidates with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed procedures may be considered for entry-level opportunities.

Preferred:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical/scientific field.
