Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Manufacturing Carpentry Assembler on behalf of a local employer in Malakoff, TX. If you enjoy hands-on work, thrive on a fast-moving line, and take pride in precise craftsmanship, this role puts your skills to work every day.
A day in the life- Kick off production by setting up and maintaining hand, power, and air tools for efficient assembly.
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with teammates on the assembly line to meet schedule and quality targets.
- Follow safety procedures throughout a busy manufacturing facility—PPE on, hazards minimized, workspace organized.
- Troubleshoot mechanical or assembly issues on the fly to keep the line moving smoothly.
- Track and stage materials, parts, and hardware within the warehouse to prevent slowdowns.
- Solid construction background using hand, power, and air-driven tools.
- Comfort with heavy lifting as part of daily production.
- Accurate tape measure reading and layout skills.
